Does Pilates have the same effect like Yoga?

“Endurance is not built (within) a day,” said one of the wall quotes at Fitness First. True that. 
Sweating like a bucket, but doesn’t feel too tired. Thinking of what someone said about switching from #yoga to pilates last Sunday. I guess i’m doing’ this merely to build stamina, patience & focus, and it has become like bread and butter (or nasi) to me. Started doing yoga seriously in 2012, I feel that I have to “conquer” myself every time I’m on the mat; and no matter how hard it gets, everything will pass. It also has a relaxing effect, so when I’m done I feel like smiling a lot and my sleep quality has improved over time. 

I’m no so sure if #pilates can give the same effect…
